I understand if you might have struggle to find a Serengeti kitten since this breed is still relatively new and rare. We are one of a few breeders throughout the United States and even in other countries around the world. Because they are rare, be careful of untrustworthy breeders who breed in a facility that isn't convenient nor appropriate; all just to make some quick returns. Serengeti is the perfect choice for large cat families because they are simple cats that love company very much. This is the waited assurance you need for go for this breed if you've been on the fence. They are just full of surprises. so keep reading for more information.
GROOMING
Have very short coats which makes then easy to be cared for. The Serengeti kittens we have for sale have been well groomed. You will need to brush at least twice a week and you will greatly contain the shading as well as reduce risk for hair balls. If you’re looking for a cat that rarely sheds, the Serengetis are a brilliant choice. In terms of grooming in general they are overall low cost min maintenance. Other than that, cats are excellent self-groomers and will take care of their own coats for the most part. DO NOT take advantage of this and forget to brush completely as they sometimes need a bit of help. Besides what other excellent way to bond with your best friend do you know?
TEMPERAMENT
Serengeti kittens will genuinely want to be in your company. They’re also extremely affectionate, so be prepared for plenty of leg rubbing and curling up onto your lap. They’re easygoing and are up for any activity. Although their high energy levels can make training a bit difficult, they do catch onto tricks and commands relatively easily. Besides having the ability to get into everything, Serengetis can learn how to turn on faucets, sometimes making it necessary to swap lever style handles for knobs. Luckily, these kitties are capable of learning more desirable tricks. If you ever wanted to play fetch with a cat, the Serengeti might be your ideal companion.
HEALTH
Serengeti Cats are generally healthy, with no known genetic issues. Because the Serengeti breed has only been around since 1994, little is known about any breed-specific health conditions, but they are considered a hardy and healthy breed. Of course, they’re susceptible to diseases, infections, and abnormalities, as with any cat breed, so it is vitally important to take them to the veterinarian annually for their vaccinations and a full checkup to detect and treat any health issues that may arise.
Spotty is a super adorable rug-hugger boy. He’s incredibly playful and absolutely gorgeous Serengeti kitten we have for sale.

The Serengeti cat came in in the early 90s so they are quiet new breed. They’re best suitable for big households, especially those with children and even other pets. keep in mind that Serengetis do not like to be left alone. These cats thrive on attention, whether it's from their human family members, other cats, or Friendly dogs
Introduce new pets or people to your kittens as they can be very shy in the company of strangers. They do take some time to warm up to new people and new animals, but once they make friends, they become loyal and exceptionally active.
