We consider the health of our kittens to be our number one priority. We do all we can to decrease the likelihood of disease / illness in our kittens, such as FIP, leukemia, HIV or upper respiratory infections. Even with preventative measures, vaccinations, we are unable to eradicate disease 100% of the time.

No cattery can guarantee this for you. What we can guarantee is that we will be there for you to assist you deal with whatever important issues arise.You are adopting a very HIGH QUALITY Minskin Companion, who if properly cared for should provide you with years of devoted love, affection and enjoyment. You as a new Minskin Cat owner agree to provide your companion with a life-long commitment of love, appreciation, respect and responsible care. We do not believe your kitten is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another kitten. In the unlikely event of the death of a kitten within one year from its birth due to genetics, or if the kitten is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your kitten, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you.

if the kitten dies the cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to provide your kitten with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. Minskin cats should NOT be allowed to run freely outside at any time!
Our relationship with you does not end when you take home a kitten from us. As conscientious breeders, experienced kitten counselors, and Minskin lovers, we'd like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our kitten / kittens. However, certain things are not in our control.

Things To Buy For Your Kitten
I will send you a list of food a kitten formula and litter list a week before you get your kitten. When the kitten is 6 months old you need to change the food to a grain free adult food. Grain free cat food is much better for the kitten system and your adult cats. You need to buy a cat tree, one that is 6 foot. Goggle cat trees with free shipping. ‍Favorite toy is a wand toy, get one with a bell and feather. Why get one with a bell? The wand will become a training device, if you can’t find your kitten when you shake the toy your kitten will hear the bell and come running. You need to have playtime with the wand toy, even old cats like playing with the wand toy. Only play with the kitten a short time with the wand toy, if you see the kitten panting stop and put the wand toy away.
You need to buy ceramic bowls for the cat food and water bowls. When the kitten gets a little older get a kitty drinking fountain, cats love these. Other toys to buy are cat nip toys, they love them. You need to also buy brushes for your kittens. My favorite brush for my cats is a horse soft face brush, you can get at Jeffers Pet, And it’s very cheap my cat’s love it. And what I use on the kittens. Jeffers Face Brush Item IAFM cost $2.99 The other brush is also inexpensive at Jeffers, a Gripsoft Slicker Brush. This brush works great getting the loose shedding fur off.
